If the game cannot connect, first check that your network allows secure websocket traffic to the live backend. Then fully close and reopen the app.

Common fixes

Restart the app, confirm your internet connection is stable, and retry matchmaking. If a room code fails, ask the room owner to recreate the room and send a fresh code.

Reconnect behavior

The game keeps a short reconnect window for interrupted matches. If that window expires, the match is treated as finished.
